Your treating provider
Your online visit is reviewed by a licensed healthcare provider who is licensed in the state where you are located at the time of care. The identity, credentials and state of licensure of your treating provider are shown to you before or during your visit and in your patient portal.
Treatment decisions are made solely by the treating provider, exercising independent clinical judgment. Completing an online visit and paying a fee do not guarantee a prescription.
Verify a license
You can verify any provider's NPI record in the CMS National Plan and Provider Enumeration System at npiregistry.cms.hhs.gov, and their license status with the medical board of your state.
