Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains when payments made to are refunded and how cancellations work. Plans are prepaid at checkout, before a licensed provider reviews your file. It is part of the Terms of Service and the Subscription Terms.
If you are not prescribed treatment
If the licensed provider decides that treatment is not appropriate for you, you are notified with the reason, no medication is dispensed and nothing further is charged. Any amount you have already paid for that order is refunded in full to your original payment method, automatically, within 5–10 business days. Not everyone qualifies.
Cancelling your plan
You can cancel your plan at any time from your patient portal or by contacting us at , with no contract and no cancellation fee. Cancellation stops future renewals and shipments. If you cancel before your prescription has been transmitted to the pharmacy, the unused prepaid amount is refunded in full.
Medication already dispensed
Compounded medication is prepared for you individually under a patient-specific prescription and cannot be returned, resold or restocked. Once a prescription has been transmitted to the pharmacy and the medication has been prepared or shipped, that shipment is not refundable, except where required by law or where the pharmacy confirms an error on our part. If your provider discontinues treatment for clinical reasons, any prepaid shipments not yet prepared are refunded.
Damaged, lost or incorrect shipments
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or of the expected delivery date for lost packages) at . We will coordinate a replacement with the pharmacy at no additional cost when the shipment is damaged, lost in transit or incorrect. See the Shipping Policy.
How to request a refund
Email or message us from your patient portal with your order number. We confirm receipt within 2 business days and, when a refund applies, issue it to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank; most issues are resolved quickly.
