FAQ

Good questions. Clear answers.

Are these treatments available now?

Sildenafil, tadalafil and PT-141 (injection or nasal spray) are available now: a licensed provider reviews your online visit and decides whether one is appropriate for you. Scream Cream is coming soon.

Why does the provider ask about my heart and my medicines?

Sildenafil and tadalafil must not be used with nitrates or riociguat and can lower blood pressure, and sexual activity itself puts demand on the heart. Bremelanotide can raise blood pressure for a period after a dose. A licensed provider reviews these risks before deciding whether a treatment is appropriate.

Are these medicines FDA-approved?

Sildenafil and tadalafil are FDA-approved for erectile dysfunction in men. Compounded bremelanotide and Scream Cream are compounded: they are not FDA-approved, and the FDA does not review them for safety, effectiveness or quality. Each page describes the approved use, if any, and the safety information.

Is the process private?

Your online visit and messages take place inside the secure patient portal, and this website collects no health information. If a medicine is prescribed, a licensed pharmacy ships it in discreet packaging.
