When will these treatments be available?

Estradiol (menopause hormone therapy) is available now: a licensed provider reviews your online visit and decides whether it is appropriate for you. Progesterone, vaginal estradiol, testosterone therapy and acne care are coming soon; you can use the Notify me option on each page.

Are these medicines FDA-approved?

Yes. Estradiol tablets and tretinoin cream are FDA-approved for the specific uses described on each page. Approval covers those labeled uses only. A licensed provider decides whether any of them suits you, and each page includes safety information drawn from the FDA label, including the boxed warning for estradiol.

Do I need an in-person visit?

Forever Health Rx is a telemedicine platform, so evaluations happen online and there are no in-person visits. Some treatments also call for routine in-person care with your own health care professional; for example, the estradiol label advises yearly check-ups, breast exams and mammograms. Your provider will explain what applies to you.

Who decides which treatment is right for me?

A licensed provider reviews your answers, history and current medicines and decides whether a treatment is appropriate, which one, and at what dose. If a medicine is prescribed, a licensed pharmacy dispenses it. Submitting an assessment or paying does not mean you will receive a prescription, and individual results vary.

Forever Health Rx does not provide emergency medical care. Call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department if you are experiencing a medical emergency. For urgent questions about a serious side effect, message your care team through the patient portal and seek in-person care if symptoms are severe.
